So now technically it is day three in Canada. That last blog was wrong, but who cares really?
Yesterday we had dinner with families, and we sat with Spencer (Cindy's son who we are staying with) and Baby Taylor who is now 6 (Kevin and Alicia's son). Little boys are so funny. We saw a coyote running around in the field outside the center, and a little bit later the boys were running through the same field. Jamie just said to keep an eye on them... okay. After dinner we potted the plants for Love Westside. Then we came back and watched Camp Rock... what a disappointment. Don't waste your time. I only liked the songs they had on the commercials, and I had already downloaded them so I knew them during the movie :)
Today we went around and gave the potted plants to 350 businesses for Love Westside. I was with Robin and Jennifer. And I figured out what Love Westside is. It's a day set aside for all the churches on the Westside of Kelowna to give back to the community through acts of kindness. We all wore the same t-shirts so we didn't promote just one church in particular. But the funny thing was that a lot of the businesses knew we were from the Potter's House because they give out potted plants almost every year. For the most part, people loved the plants. Jamie got to go to two pubs, but Robin and I got to Mary Jane Headquarters! Yep. It's what you think. The girl in the store LOVED the plant too. Don't worry I have a picture of the store for proof.
Right now we have been sitting in Jamie and Eden's house listening to Eden ask what we are going to do for the past 2 hours. I'm in Jamie's pajama pants because I keep spilling stuff on my jeans (like gum from the airport on one pair and freezy juice on another). Tonight we are having dinner with Cindy, Spencer, and Scooby. I'm so excited to hang out with them because Spencer keeps trying to get us to play video games with him while we are getting ready every morning. I think we are also having a movie night too with candy and popcorn! Yay.
Shout-outs go to Kristen, Spencer, and Garrett. Kristen for being an awesome friend who hasn't forgotten about me, Spencer for being awesome and loving my blog, and Garrett because I wish I could be there with him while he gets better from his wisdom teeth surgery. Love everyone. Love Westside :)

SARAH. honey. i miss you so much...and im doing so well! well at least i think i am...haha its day 3 since surgery and i didnt feel like going to church today so i slept in till 11:30. i have to admit-it was so nice. this is the first time ive read your blog and i love knowing whats going on. oh and i saw your dandelion video-hilarious. well have an awesome day, and ill keep praying for you while your up there. dont forget to count down for me too! ONE WEEK AND SIX DAYS! cant wait. love you.
